THE DESIGN

The motif bundles several slender tree trunks within a circular image space. The vertical lines of the trunks meet gently flowing ground lines, creating a calm, enclosed forest symbol. On the natural white fabric, the motif appears clear, calm, and very light.

THE STORY BEHIND THE MOTIF

Circle of Trunks depicts the forest not as a vast scene, but as a concentrated excerpt. The circular frame holds the trees together, transforming individual trunks into a silent whole. This is precisely the effect of the motif. It is about closeness, order, and the brief moment in which the forest appears as a symbol unto itself.
