On-demand production & multiple shipping positions
ERDNAHT produces on demand in select workshops across Europe. Depending on the design, your items will be manufactured at different locations. If you combine different designs in one order, it will be delivered in multiple packages. Therefore, several shipping costs may be displayed at checkout; all shipping costs are clearly summarized there. Shipping is free for orders over €50 (Germany/EU); returns within the EU are free for 30 days.
Shipping areas
We ship within Germany, to EU member states, and – in selected cases – internationally. The shipping provider may vary depending on the product, destination region, and current workload.
Shipping costs
The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €50 (Germany/EU). For non-EU countries, the rates shown at checkout apply.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing time: 1–3 working days until handover to the shipping service provider.
- Delivery time (after dispatch): Germany 2–5 working days, EU 3–7 working days.
There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Short delays may occur during seasonal peaks.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping/tracking email (if available).
Partial deliveries
Reasonable partial deliveries are possible, especially if items are shipped separately for logistical reasons or come from different workshops. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
Change delivery address
Address changes are only possible before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Customs duties & taxes (non-EU)
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which you are responsible for paying. Please check with your local customs authority beforehand.
Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failure to collect), after it has been returned to us, we will either resend it after consultation or issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.
Returns & Cancellations

In the collection diary, I accompany each ERDNAHT collection from the initial idea to the finished series. You'll learn which nature images a collection incorporates, how the color palette and raw materials complement each other, and which pieces offer a calming introduction.
Traces of Tranquility brings together recounted moments in nature. These are short walks, scenes, and observations in which light, rocks, and forest lines play a role. These texts connect motif and everyday life without promising or exaggerating anything.
The journal is closely linked to the collections. In the collection diary, you'll find an introductory text for each collection with links to selected products. Within related "Traces of Tranquility" articles, collections and individual designs are subtly linked, allowing you to easily access the shop directly from the story, if you wish.
