Size guide
Fit (in short): Unisex, regular. For a looser fit, choose one size larger; for a closer fit, choose "true to size".
Here's how to measure correctly (without a measurement chart):
1. Lay a well-fitting top flat on the table.
2. Chest width : measure under the armpits from seam to seam and multiply by 2.
3. Length : Measure from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
4. Compare with the measurements on the product page.
Tips:
- Between two sizes: choose according to the desired look (regular vs. relaxed).
- When considering a hoodie to be worn under a T-shirt: more likely "true to size".
- Fabric may shrink slightly after the first wash (please use gentle wash cycles).
Care instructions
- Wash inside out, 30°C gentle cycle, mild detergent.
- Do not use fabric softener on printed designs.
- Low spin speed, do not tumble dry.
- Iron inside out; do not iron directly on the print/embroidery.
- No bleach, no dry cleaning.
- Close garments before washing (drawstrings, zippers) to reduce friction.
Shipping & Payment
Shipping costs & threshold values (guidelines):
- Germany: €3.90 · Free shipping on orders over €49 .
- EU: €6.90 · free shipping from €69 .
Delivery time (total): 3–7 days (production + shipping). Made-to-order with meticulous, precise quality control.
Shipment tracking & packaging:
- Shipping confirmation with tracking via email.
- Neutral, recyclable packaging.
Payment methods & prices:
- Shopify Payments (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.
- Currency: EUR; Prices include VAT; Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Cancellation & Return
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU): 14 days without giving reasons; sample withdrawal form on the withdrawal page.
Voluntary return of ERDNAHT:
- 30 days (EU: free return label) from delivery.
- Outside the EU: Return shipping costs (including any customs duties/taxes) are borne by the buyer.
Expiry (EU):
1. Request a return using the form or email kontakt@erdnaht.com .
2. Receive a return label via email (free within the EU).
3. Submit the package within 14 days of approval.
4. Refund after receipt and inspection of goods (usually 3-5 working days).
Condition & Exclusions: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags; hygiene/custom-made items may be excluded (details in the terms and conditions).
