Answer: Within the EU, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery with a free return label. You request the return via our form or by email, receive the label, pack the item securely for transport, and send it back. Upon receipt, we will inspect the goods and refund the amount to the original payment method.

Question 3: Can I exchange a size?

Answer: Direct size exchanges are not possible. If a size doesn't fit, you can return the order within the specified period and then reorder the correct size. This keeps the process clear and transparent for both parties.

Question 4: Which blanks do you use for your T-shirts and hoodies?

Answer: We use established blanks such as Gildan Heavy Cotton T-shirts and AWDis/Gildan hoodies. They offer a smooth drape, a clean printing surface, and are well-suited for durable DTG prints. You can find the exact blanks for each product directly in the product description.

Question 5: How does your heavy cotton T-shirt fit?

Answer: Our heavy cotton T-shirt has a classic straight fit. It's neither particularly tight nor oversized. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size. The size chart in the shop provides measurements in centimeters.

Question 6: What does “Connected to the earth.” mean at ERDNAHT?

Answer: “Connected to the earth” describes the subtle connection between humans and nature. Each design combines an animal (character) with a natural element (context and color scheme). This creates a quiet, wearable reminder of paths, mountains, and landscapes, without any loud statements.

Question 7: What materials are your T-shirts made of?

Answer: Our T-shirts are generally made from 100% cotton or cotton-based blends with a medium to high fabric weight. Heavy cotton shirts weigh approximately 180 g/m² and feel somewhat firmer and more robust, but remain suitable for everyday wear.

Question 8: How do your T-shirts differ in feel?

Answer: Heavy cotton shirts feel drier and more substantial and lie flat against the body. Lighter shirts feel softer and more fluid. In the product description, we specify the weight and feel so you can assess what suits your everyday life.

Question 9: Which hoodies do you use and how warm are they?

Answer: Our hoodies typically weigh around 270–285 g/m² and have a brushed interior. They feel soft, have a noticeable weight, and are well-suited for cooler days and evenings. We're not exaggerating – they're solid everyday hoodies, not technical outdoor gear.

Question 10: How do you select the blanks for your designs?

Answer: We select blanks that offer calm, matte surfaces and work well with fine lines. A clear drape, a clean printing surface, and a fit that proves practical in everyday use are important to us. We avoid technical experiments or extremely glossy fabrics.

Question 11: How do I choose the right size for ERDNAHT?

Answer: The best way is to use the size chart included with the product – there you'll find the width and length in centimeters. Measure a well-fitting favorite item of clothing at home and compare the measurements. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one for more freedom of movement.

Question 12: Why do your designs appear so calm and minimalist?

Answer: Our designs are created as monoline drawings with clean lines. An animal represents qualities such as tranquility, strength, or community, while a natural element provides the framework. We deliberately keep details to a minimum so that the design can breathe and remains wearable in everyday life.

Question 13: Do you use the same printing style for all designs?

Answer: For textiles, we use DTG printing with clearly defined minimum technical requirements (line thickness, negative space). This ensures that contours remain crisp and legible. Embroidered caps and beanies use simplified monoline symbols to guarantee a clean and stable embroidery.

Question 14: How does an order work at ERDNAHT?

Answer: You choose the design, color, and size, add the product to your cart, and complete your order via checkout. After payment is confirmed, your product will be produced on demand and then shipped. You will receive emails confirming your order and updating your shipping status.

Question 15: What payment methods do you offer?

Answer: Depending on your country, common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, and other local providers are available at checkout. You can see the available options directly in your shopping cart before you complete your order.

Question 16: How does the 15% newsletter discount voucher work?

Answer: When you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll receive a one-time 15% discount code. The code is valid only once per person and cannot be combined with other percentage discounts. Free shipping thresholds will be calculated after the voucher has been applied.

Question 17: Can I combine multiple discounts?

Question 18: Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Answer: Yes. You will receive an order confirmation and can access an invoice with all relevant information. ERDNAHT operates under the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), therefore we do not show VAT separately.

Question 19: My order is incorrect – what should I do?

Answer: If an item is damaged or missing, please contact the service channel listed under "Contact" with your order number and photos. We will review the case and find a suitable solution – usually through a replacement or refund.

Question 20: Which countries does ERDNAHT deliver to?

Answer: We ship to countries within the EU and to selected other countries as standard. The currently available destination regions and their respective shipping costs are listed on the "Shipping & Returns" page and are displayed at checkout.

Question 21: How much are the shipping costs and when is shipping free?

Answer: Shipping costs and the free shipping threshold depend on the destination region and the order value. Within the EU, we work with a clear threshold above which shipping is generally free. You can always find the specific amounts up-to-date at checkout and in our shipping information.

Question 22: How can I track the status of my delivery?

Answer: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information. If tracking is available, you will find a link to the shipping provider there. Without tracking, shipments take the stated 3–7 business days.

Question 23: What happens if my package doesn't arrive?

Answer: If a shipment is significantly delayed beyond the usual delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We will check with the shipping provider whether the package was delivered or misrouted, and then discuss the next steps (replacement or refund).

Question 24: How exactly does the free EU return work?

Answer: For delivery addresses within the EU, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. You request the label from us, print it out, pack the item securely for transport, and drop the package off at the designated postal service. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price.

Question 25: Who bears the return shipping costs outside the EU?

Answer: For returns outside the EU, the buyer is usually responsible for return shipping costs. Please see our shipping and returns policy for details, as these may vary depending on the country and shipping provider.

Question 26: When will I receive my refund after a return?

Answer: After receiving your return, we will inspect the goods. We will then process the refund to the original payment method. The credit is usually visible in your account or on your card within a few business days.

Question 27: What is the best way to wash ERDNAHT T-shirts and hoodies?

Answer: Ideally, wash textiles inside out at 30°C with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. This will help the fabric and design stay vibrant and the lines clear.

Question 28: Can I dry ERDNAHT products in a dryer?

Answer: We recommend air drying on a clothesline or drying rack. A tumble dryer can put more strain on the fabric and print, shortening the lifespan. If you do use a tumble dryer, choose the gentlest setting possible.

Question 29: May I iron the design?

Answer: Iron textiles from the reverse side or with a cloth between the iron and the design, using a low to medium temperature. Avoid direct heat on the print to protect the lines in the long term.

Question 30: How can the prints remain clear and steady for as long as possible?

Answer: Gentle washing, no harsh detergent, air drying, and ironing inside out will help keep the edges crisp. Avoid friction from hard objects (e.g., backpacks with a rough back) directly on the design.

Question 31: What do I do about small stains or dirt?

Answer: First, gently treat fresh stains with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth. Don't rub too hard over the print; work from the outside in. Then wash as usual.

Answer: We deliberately refrain from making any certification or healing promises. Our focus is on providing clear information about materials, feel, and processes. We work with established print-on-demand partners in the EU and develop our product range to ensure long-lasting wear in everyday life.

Question 35: Where are ERDNAHT products produced?

Answer: The products are manufactured and shipped via European print-on-demand partners. This allows us to produce on demand and avoid inventory. The exact production chain may vary depending on the product and destination region.

Question 36: What data do you collect when someone visits the shop?
